I came home and after filling my bird feeders and pulling some weeds in my yard (remember anything to stay outside even if it was 43) I downloaded the pictures I had taken and started editing them...I put them in photoshop and lightroom but for some reason I really just wanted to leave them as they were.
It was such a beautiful day it didn't seem necessary to change them...I will probably go back and play around with them but for this post they are as I took them...(I did crop a few)...
By the way, if you haven't figured it out yet I LOVE LOVE horses....so I take lots of pictures of horses because they are such magnificent and beautiful animals....I love birds but horses have my heart......

i love those barns. such charm & character. i know i have days of silliness with my camera ... sorry to hear of the mishap. i have always enjoyed horses from afar ... they are a little huge in my opinion. had a babysitter that would let me feed them carrots as a kid, their whiskers (nose hairs) or whatever those hairs are called would tickle me so... i've never learned how to ride but i bet it is great exercise. ReplyDeleteThey needed no tweaking at all. Beautiful and I loved the light on the barn.
ReplyDeletegreat red barn and pretty stable! you are fortunate to have these beauties nearby.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful!!! Jealous ;)
ReplyDeleteWhere are you in NC? I have family in Henderson and Youngsville
You got wonderful photos with your phone! No need to edit them
ReplyDeleteThese are all so lovely...I agree, no editing required! I've been in that same situation with my memory card...it's so frustrating when that happens. I'm really scared of horses but I think they are one of the most beautiful creatures on this planet. My sister is a huge horse lover...I just enjoy admiring them from a distance! lol :)
ReplyDeleteIt does look like you had a beautiful day. I love horses too and whenever I am out on my barn runs I always stop to take a pic or two of any horse that I see. great captures of your horses and I love the red barn. Happy Sunday!!
ReplyDeleteLove the red barn and the horses. My little girl adores horses and would agree that horses haver her heart too:)
ReplyDeleteOh, he IS a handsome horse...he'd be stealing my heart, too!!!
ReplyDeleteOur beautiful day was Saturday and, obviously, it drifted over to you on Sunday! Great shots!
ReplyDeleteI am so happy we got to see them unedited, untouched, they are all beautiful! The light in the horses face is just gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a glorious day for a walk! I love the light and shadow in that second photo. (Thanks again for your prayers for me, and I'm glad that your recent check-up turned out well. It's always a relief to have good health news!)
